It has all been a perfect storm. I believe most is a loose cloud of common interests or underbelly types making money on the negative side of the world and protecting their interests.
The FDA letter was caused IMO by the Amerex fiasco. Probably not collusion, but a snowball of one event allowing another event to happen more easily. if you get one or two big negatives they can easily be multiplied, just like the google search coming up with the letter all the time at the top.
Amerex is either incompetent or has been corrupted. Probably some of both as i would suspect incompetent people are easier to corrupt. If the trial and info is as appears and become public or industry widely known Amerex is done as a company. In the black ops theory of cydy, the cost of buying amerex and tanking cydy trials is small compared to the risk of allowing success. either way, incompetence or subterfuge, it is/was devastating to cydy.
the way cydy operates and is way more open to public information with so many CC's and PR's allows the MM and short/hedge funds an ability to see the battlefield unlike most other stocks. With such a predictable pattern going on it allows the MM/shorts to play a game plan to perfection every time. Essentially the shorts are gambling that nothing significant will come of the events or play the event prior. We have all seen it happen again and again. Someone will always say... remember the time he dropped the vyera deal? So we all sit back and hope for a bombshell but we are 1/20 on those events. If we were true gamblers we would buy and sell on the known short games, which i believe some here have done with portions of their holdings.
cydy is small and trying to navigate the waters of the big boys. we are slowly learning things, but mostly by negative experiences. as painful as it has been, these events and trials will train the current core of cydy to be a juggernaut in the future. They will have fresh experience to take on the FDA/BP as we pierce the first barrier to approval. I'm looking forward to the Crimson Permanent Assurance attacking from little cydy that will come in the next few years.
One lesson i think that has been learned is that we cant continue to everything on the cheap. the new lawfirm appears to indicate this to me.
Then we have the internal disgruntled 13D crew that potentially stirred the pot more and most likely were deal brokers between some of the other MM/shorts/fartstains of the world.
The same way the last presidential administration was destroyed by a death of a thousand cuts and a system that refused to work with him. He was torn apart by the very system he was trying to lead. Similar cydy is trying to break the mold and every entity that has a meal ticket to keeping the same system rolling is against us. Its not an organized coup against cydy but it feels that way because each entity (MM's, shorts, fartstains, big pharma, fda, etc) all have a good thing going with status quo and no one wants to have their system changed as it is paying them all well which causes them to essentially act as a single system and response.
Also similar to the viral and immune system response analogy. The virus is cydy and the MM's, shorts, bp, fda are the leronlimab of the system. they are all working to suppress cydy. I just hope the good ole boy system leronlimab isnt as good as the actual real LERONLIMAB we have.
