I want to deal in facts, Every shareholder should be upset with Joe, with the management of NGIO and with the Board of Directors.
NGIO was supposed to be so clean, so easy that getting on NASDAQ was a piece of cake, The value was over 550 million or so,
We had I believe 50 million already according to Dawson and James all lined up.
I have for months looked on the IPOs and saw dozens of companies getting listed each month on NASDAQ and many getting listed where NGIO is getting listed, so NGIO could have gotten listed. I saw BIO companies out there, What I did not see was NGIO.
A company that Joe bragged was so clean, nothing was wrong for months and months still has not gotten listed, valued over 550 million dollars, filed for years and we are still waiting to get listed. All the while we see GNBT PPS at .08 and we see no PR, no 10K nothing from Management.
These are all facts. It's not negative, it is all facts. We need direction from the companies, from Management as to what is going on. Are they getting NGIO listed once and for all? Are the deals coming through? Is Generex doing anything? We need to know something. Silence definitely is not golden here
