We need someone like PPD with huge pull to allow us to bargain our mono BLA application to completion and acceptance. This will allow us to make sure there is no slow playing going on and that the FDA will have no way to extend our timeline by adding additional science based BS like… hey have you thought of doubling your dose to see if this has a big effect on your patients? Get back to us after you have run another trial at the increased dose.
Sound familiar? Bringing on the best at what they do is something new for Cytodyn. I really like this… I have always appreciated spending a little extra to add some insurance that all goes well and you get just what you paid for. This is one of those situations just like Sidley was. I fully expect that to pay out more than just lawyer fees. Maybe a lot more…Money spent wisely for good reasons and the return on investment is well worth that little extra spent. Whomever is making these decisions to spend that extra monies to have the best at what they do representing us is doing a great job for us.
