Now that you mention it Civic, I took a look at Lords & Co. Worldwide Hldgs Inc. today (formerly Pacroots, PACRF) and attempted to put in a buy order at the bid. I then noticed that the volume was almost non existent and the reason the order wasn't filling is that the ask is over $5.00! For the OTC stock, I found this peculiar. Just thought I would submitt this to the board for discussion.
