Of course, this is possible, but in my view not very likely, as I have given reasons for in previous posts earlier in the last couple of weeks. For sure this worry of a coming bankruptcy is the reason why the share price is where it is these days, as investors in general don't like these kinds of uncertainty and rather sell and give up the chance to win big, than be sorry to have lost it all.
But let me ask you this. Joe has always stated that this company is his baby (or a similar figure of speach) and he will do everything in his power to protect it from harm or bad actors etc.
So, if this is true, and it would be true that this company is almost bankrupt, do you really believe that he would be celebrating and enjoying himself in Southern FL, and in particular, even if he would, post pictures of this on his FB page such that some of his investor friends could see them? I do not at all think that this is possible, especially knowing that it was him who invested /dedicated now almost 5 years of his life into this company.
This, too say the least, is hard for me to believe.
