Right. But then how does LL increase chemotaxis of those same types of killer / T-effector cells to go kill cancer cells? A mystery.
Not to mention TRegs also have CCR5 receptors on them. How does blocking CCR5 differentially lead to blocked migration of TRegs but not TEffector cells in cancer yet the opposite (block TEffs but not TRegs) in autoimmunity?
Patterson says CCR5 receptor density may be different, and CCR5 in cancer is more involved than only for T cell migration, but still. Maybe macrophage or microglial activation and migration important too. But still, puzzling how LL could ramp up and also down immune system in cancer versus autoimmunity, and have differential effects on migration of different types of T cells.
