Yes, completely agreed. If somebody were to ask him “Have you filed a form 10-12g with SEC?” Easy yes or no answer. Wouldn’t violate any Quite Periods and give an update to shareholders on where we stand. Either way we find out this month if Doc is a man of his word with “8k in Q4”.
Would just be nice to have some peace of mind during these last couple weeks of holiday season. No need for added stress haha!
