There's a chance. It's not on the disease list yet. I went through the medical papers on it for quite a while but I haven't been convinced that it reaches the 90% threshold of working. I will however be going back through it and some other diseases again. The one that really has me going round and round is primary sclerosing cholangitis. The disease is deadly and has no treatment except liver transplant. Leronlimab might fix it if for no other reason then lowering chemotaxis of autoreactive T-cells but I need more proof then that.
