Based on previous PR they might be waiting on YouFeng clinical data before they submit to the FDA. A friend of mine did the moderna trial and was paid $6,000. Im sure their PPD deal will require individual payments for trials which would require millions and they would need the $45 mil from china. That might not happen until after Phase III trials and an approval from the NMPA
