There are more approvals given outside the USA borders...
80% of applications for drugs and biologics contain data from U.S. studies.
87% of ALL subjects were enrolled outside the USA jurisdiction.
OVER half of ALL Clinical trial sites are outside the USA.
Registration of studies favors non-USA entities at 45% vs. 40% USA.
The number of regulators in USA has diminished over the last ten years...while abroad has expanded exponentially. It's Not hard to reason why....We are where we are at the moment. This information was made public in 2014. Imagine what an update might look like.
