With a 51 patient interim stat sig becomes more of a coin toss because it wouldn't take much of an anomaly to tilt it. At 126 patients I think there's a very good chance of hitting a statistically significant p value given overall results from CD12 and the change to 4 dose IV. The problem is unless that p value is extremely low there is only a small chance of getting an EUA.
