And the I get a email from Barbara Cohen at Sidoti telling me Tessco still wants to present. So I look it up...

Ms. Basu currently has a “RESTRAING ORDER AGAINST
JANICE EVANS SHELL” which was granted by Superior Court of California (Janice Shell rents a room at 2224 N. 1 st Ave, Upland, CA 91784) the order valid until 1/24/2022.
