Article about differences/similarities of Right to Try and FDA's Expanded Access Program. (Title is a bit one-sided but the articles seems pretty balanced and informative for both. Not familiar with Healio.com but some here might.) Not attempting to answer the jurisdiction, independence or intention questions. Just trying to get a lay of the land and share the basics- if any other newbies like me.
