Yes it takes 4 or 5 weeks to get SEC approval for the reverse merger but I think Doc has that in his pocket as we speak. It would be up to the CEO to pull the trigger on the merger. IMO, the merger paperwork and SEC confidential registration application being sent in the week of October 4th was probably the "big week". Now, IF Doc has to abide by the 10 day OTC disclosure rule even with a "confidential" SEC registration filing, then Doc could have been merged the companies 10 days ago and we get the disclosure today. A note on the OTC 10 day rule, "very few companies and very few attorneys follow the rule", but with the SEC crack down I would assume they do now.
If Doc had to follow the 10 day rule, then I think he will wait until the SEC registration is done, sign the merger papers that are probably sitting on his desk and then we launch. He is not going to launch this until the SEC registration is done. Just watch Edgar daily and if it happens by the 14th or 15th I think he launches before Christmas, otherwise early January.
You and a few others keep expecting Dalton to change his strategy of "playing this close to his vest", He is not going to and has NO OBLIGATION TO as they are his private companies. Show me rule he has to publicly announce he asked the SEC for permission to merge the companies, if so I stand corrected. Again, there is nothing happening right now inside of Univec, Inc. and Univec is fully current, that is all he has to do and all he has to tell us.
I fully agree with Dr. Dalton's strategy of "close to the vest" and the multiple delays tell me "bigger and better". When this launches, the market will take notice! I don't care if it takes two hours, two days, two weeks or two months, it is going to happen, if anyone doubts that they should probably sell.
I have been in this 4 years, Dr. Dalton and Agrimed was the reason I bought. If Dr. Dalton completed that deal and launched, I would have been out of most all my position and we, all of us, would not be sitting on what looks like one of the biggest OTC penny stocks in years, IMO.
Thank you Dr. Dalton for playing this "close to the vest" and growing your private companies, preparing them to reverse merge into Univec, Inc.
We are obviously in the final stage now.
