it's funny (or is it sad?) - but i don't even blink anymore when the SP falls by anything less than 15 or 20%. until we secure an approval and move out of the pre-revenue / speculative OTC world, we don't control our destiny from an SP standpoint. once we become a revenue generating company, our profits will support a valuation (and hence the SP). Til then, it's all based on expectations.
so, i gave up on trying to figure out why the SP falls on a particular day - most days, it isn't related to any actual development at all.
I do think there are people selling to harvest tax losses. CYDY is now down 80% YTD - so in a year when everything else is up (some stuff up huge) anyone doing tax planning will look at CYDY to offset gains.
