Imagine spending half a billion for data that will fit on one modest thumb drive.
But, on the bright side this means no digital tattoo.. This ais a fallback position IMO. It will still be fully hackable to let the criminals know how to despoil you using you're genetic and immunologic data (which version of the death shot you got...presumed health status based on further exposure to non-ionizing and ionizing weaponry deployed in areas you visited, etc.
Still a real time tracking device though....since you will be broadcasting from your nanoferrite cages 24/7....But just not the ear tag they were hoping for.
