Heres a thought to think about....
Dr Dalton, didn't just wake up one morning and say I am going to send a letter to the President today. I wonder if someone gave him the idea or WHAT exactly prompted him to send or WHO exactly prompted him to send it?
I think those are very good questions to ask ourselves.
Few reasons why I think? Just throwing ideas out their to start good conversation.
-One reason to get his name and company out there and in peoples mouth
-Another reason, close friend told him to send it and ill make sure President sees it
Could be anything....
