"After 2000, Elgindy began working with FBI agent Jeff Broyer, and gave him information on companies he believed were engaging in illegal activity. Broyer used FBI databases to search for any investigations into those companies by the FBI or the SEC. Broyer then funneled information on any pending investigations to Elgindy, who used that information to short sell the stock."
"Elgindy was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison. He was released in late 2013 after serving almost seven years. He committed suicide on July 23, 2015.

The kicker is 'the letter' which shows you the love club members have for one another even if they profess not being in the club. Oh and club members know each other for years.

The gut buster line from Janice
The Tony Elgindy I knew helped expose a great many scams
Yeah, I bet because he was convicted of profiting off of insider information that screwed investors.
Who else in the club was in on it too?
Was Dear Tony a mod of the DD Support Board and Research Team?
Gee, how much of what a company is doing is leaked from government agencies?
That doesn't even include the non Gov ones that do the fake class actions and short the stock before they PR the news.
You ever see a stock move significantly just before a SEC filing?
Now your catching on.
Remember on iCrime the number of people and post that were claiming all sorts of bullshit including the one about 'money laundry'
That's what 'the club' does. Makes wild baseless accusations. It's unfortunate that it takes years for each of these asshats to be convicted, but eventually, crime doesn't pay.
Even a stupid letter to a judge doesn't work
What is sad is many investors are hurt by these crimes and are too afriad to speak up about it.
