I just have to chime in here. Please tell me what we shareholders have a right to know, at this point. Dalton filed the third quarter financials, we are 'current'. There is nothing more that Doc HAS to tell us at this time. I guarantee you, not one contract is signed in the name of Univec, Inc. or Univec Conglomerate, Inc. All contracts are in his 'private companies' name and I would say the companies probably have not been Reverse Merged into Univec, Inc., at least as of 10 days ago. So there is nothing to tell us shareholders until the RMs are completed. Now MAYBE the confidential SEC registration and MAYBE also a confidential Nasdaq up list application overrides the 10 day OTC disclosure rule. We are not yet SEC registered so no 8k, IMO.

I can assure you Doc is not breaking any rules.

We can sit here and talk all day long but it is that simple. Doc has played this "close to the vest" for years, why would he change now. We wonder why there is no big fancy website yet, well that just tells ALL HIS COMPETITORS (not yelling just emphasizing) what he has put together. Doc did tell the world at IFAH we are working with Amazon and have our own telemedicine company.

Doc said he wants to change the healthcare industry, well I promise you there are some people (corporations) that don't want it changed.
