IMO a very nice deal for Starfleet asset management corp this is
PROFITABLE company and miniscule debt with projected $100M revenues for next year.
Any/All talk of 'scam' with this is a joke in my opinion as it would seem rather alarming for the official court appointed custodian of Nevada state to hand the ticker over to scam artists. Quarterly financial statement for Q3 filed and shows substantial revenues & profitability. Majority of O/S consists of restricted shares which are likely tied up & and cannot sell for another entire year, much of the rest of the float likely already owned by the corporate treasury itself.
Annual filing eventually should disclose much more info for shareholders but in the meantime the enterprise value far exceeds the current market cap IMO.
