I'm following up on the Kizmet Impact Investment angle. Kizmet sent me an investor package and a deadline of December 15 for investing in their "25 cent" round.
Unfortunately, I cannot attach or link their investor package here so you'll need to trust me to pick out some key points. In the executive summary they discuss their target as being "Growth stage companies seeking venture capital and a go public strategy." One of their investment focuses is in health which they describe as... "Investments in preventive health and technologies that... improve health and wellness ... through behavioural change... "
If I close one eye and squint this sounds like UNVC especially since the acquisition of the addictions clinics.
Does it make sense that there might be a flood of capital coming into UNVC after Dec 15?
Now undoubtedly, Kizmet would just be investing in UNVC but it could be the start.
So, take home, based on these bread crumbs I'm not expecting any major price movement upwards before Dec 15. Or at least that's my position for now.
