The Expert Market
So today, the 1st of December, NUGX went from the Pink Sheets to the Expert Market. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NUGX/quote Note: “Warning! This security is traded on the Expert Market”
After some more research, it makes sense why there was no trading information posted https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NUGX/quote and why no one has been able to make any NUGX trades (us retail people) today.
"Under the proposal, quotations in Expert Market stocks would only be available to institutional investors like hedge funds, investment banks, broker-dealers, and accredited investors.
The key difference is that, unlike the Pink Market, only qualified experts would have access to quotes in expert market securities. This limited access ensures that the intention of the new ruling — to strengthen protections for retail investors in the OTC market and deter “fictitious” quoting — is upheld."

Companies that did not conform to the Pink Sheet qualification used to be moved to the Gray Sheets, but now can be moved to the Expert Market.
One reason to be bumped out of the Pink Sheets is untimely SEC filings like late 10Ks
There is a NUGX quote on my TD AmeriTrade
Bid: 0.0008 Ask: 2.20 B/A Size: 309999x100 Volume: 0 (no trades)
However I don’t know if this is something just left over from yesterday.
So my question is; Did NuGenerex purposely delay the 10-K knowing that the NUGX stock would be moved to the Expert Market effectively halting the retail Pink Sheet trading thus allowing them to get things in order for the upcoming IPO?
OR
Did all of this just happen totally out of their control and it is just another mess that NuGenerex will have to deal with?
I hope it is the first option. This would mean that Joe has a firm grip on what needs to be done to accomplish his goal and finally reward us stockholders.
