These institutions 'doo' like Verb
Since it's the close of the month and I now see Vanguard filed, let's do a tally for those playing institution bingo at home
Verb Technology Company Inc (US:VERB) has 52 institutional owners and shareholders (aka shareholding pattern) that have filed 13D/G or 13F forms with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). These institutions hold a total of 6,618,435 shares.
What happened to the lie that institutions sold out?
That's almost 10% right there and doesn't even include the institutions that manage less than $100M...
"When is the Form 13F required? The requirement to file Form 13F is triggered if the investment manager exceeded $100 million or more on the last trading day of any month during that calendar year"
I wonder if these institutions are hanging on every word of Rory as they are sure in it
Why don't they have 'concerns'? Is there another board institutions post that I am missing? Are they on Reddit or somewhere?
Or is it because they put on their big boy pants on one leg at a time and own a diversified portfolio of stocks that each have opportunities and similar challenges?
Is it because they 'know' all stocks come with risk and rewards that they weigh carefully?
Is it because they do DD and don't get investment advice off a message board?
Is it because they actually know what a forward looking statement are and by golly, every company I look at certainly uses them?
Is it because when Rory says, "Don't invest in forward looking statements" institutions actually listen?
I never heard a company have to say 10 times don't invest in forward looking statements, but yet noobs do and then cry about it like 'everyone' gives a crap about them.
I took a look at the shares Verb insiders own. If you just look at Rory, Jeff and Jimmy, they have slightly more than the large institutions that have to file. So right there that is 20% of the company that isn't flipping shares like iHop pancakes
So what do you think?
Maybe another 10% of shares sit with other institutions?
We up to 30%?
Could it be another 20% or even 40% are held by longs?
and if so, it may mean that 50-70% of shares are long
Well, at least held by shareholders that understand investing
Why is it important how many shares are held by institutions, insiders and longs?
Go ask someone that sherts
Now back to something more serious
Is it Flintstones or Flinstones?
On never mind. Whoever has been saying it wrong all these years, ain't going to change now
