Also the percent hospitalized of breakthrough cases is very very small. But data can be easily misread for political purposes; for example, if 100 percent of the population is vaccinated and the efficacy is 93 percent, then there will be 7 percent that get sick and all of the deaths will be in vaccinated as breakthrough deaths.
So as the percentage of the population that is vaccinated goes up, the percentage of breakthrough deaths will go up, but the overall number of cases will go down dramatically.
