wow - that's a great email. Jay Lalezari is a stud - extremely impressive, highly ethical guy.
Honestly, I wish he was more involved on a day to day basis in communicating this type of message - almost like a chief marketing guy or something. Why not just give him a few million shares - i get the whole no conflict thing, but i don't think it really matters (hasn't up to this point). so screw it - just give him enough shares, send him out on the road, and make him super rich when it hits!
