If I didn't know how tnvesting works and did no DD

"Plus with tax loss selling here my fear is we could see sub a dollar if we don't hear anything."
Oh no!
Could it mean all the traders that are left will sell?
Is it possible you were the one that posted the same concern last year about 'tax selling' too?
Did you know every year someone does it to soft bash the stock they supposedly own?
Would you believe if any of the dearly concerned actually go back and look at the month of December, it tells a different story?
Stock opened at $1.09 on Dec. 1, 2020.
Stock closed at $1.65 on Dec. 31, 2020.
That's over 50% gain
Could it be, if someone listened to that fear mongering, they would have missed out on a 50% gain?
Legend has it, that wasn't even the high of that month. On Dec. 23 the stock closed at $2.09. So if someone fell for that fear mongering, they would have missed out on almost 100% gain. There are traders throwing their monitor right now that were 'tricked' by the tax selling post last year.
But wait, there is more. The prior year the stock went up 72% in December.
Nov. 29, 2019 $0.90
Dec. 31. 2019 $1.55
So much for the Verb under the Buck Chuck selective memory fears, but I'm sure it will also get posted next year about this time. Set a calendar reminder.
Time will tell what the stock price on Dec. 1, 2021 and Dec. 31. 2021 will be?
So why do people quote Rory, Jeff, Denise, McKinley and others?
Why do people actually look up facts instead of letting fears run amuck?
It's done for a number of reasons. Sometimes to call BS on flat out lies. Other times it's to clear up misinformation. Don't know how many times I read someone post the company was going to do xyz, when they actually never even said that. But let's not let facts get in the way of a good yarn.
VerbLive supposed to be better than Zoom? I've been hanging on every word the company says and I never heard that. They are very different tools as been said many times. Zoom great for meeting, conferences, families, friends, etc. VerbLIVE great for selling. Is VerbLIVE a better tool for selling. I believe so. So does NewAge, Market America and other companies that are putting the money behind it. It's selling well and exceed my expectation.
If anyone expected VerbLIVE to put Zoom out of business, they are in la-la-land. Companies will use both Zoom and VerbLIVE. Just like today they use Facebook Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco, etc. I own 6 hammers as an example. If there was only one tool that could do everything that would be wonderful, but there isn't.
"And if Marketplace and TV don't happen soon its not going to be a very merry Christmas"
Sounds like you're hanging on Rory's words.
Or was it Jeff?
"However, those numbers do not include the expanded revenue we historically generate and expect to recognize from existing clients, who have recently launched and those that are about to launch verbLIVE with Attribution as well as PULSE and LEARN, which we believe could add as much or more than an additional $1 million in annual recurring revenue. Obviously, none of this includes the revenue we expect to add during 2022 from Marketplace, verbTV, and verbMAIL , among other as of yet unannounced initiatives.
It was Jeff!
Could you quote when the company said Verb.TV will be launched before Christmas or was that an active imagination or setting false expectations?
"Okay, so let me talk about something else. A natural extension of Marketplace and built alongside it is something new that we call verbTV. verbTV launching in 2022 is where you will find shoppable entertainment. "
Oh wait, Rory said 2022.
Must be the mandela effect
I didn't invest in Verb because they had...
VerbCompliance
VerbMail Pro for Outlook
VerbMail for GMail
Verb MarketPlace
VerbTV
It's pure icing on the cake when it comes out and not factor into any revenue numbers yet.
One thing people may consider
BTW, I sold all my Microsoft stock this morning. I'm tried of them over promising and under delivering like Facebook. I read both stocks are going under a buck if the company doesn't say something.
