I wish that was true. But, it simply doesn't appear to be so at this point. Joe himself indicated this investigation has gone on for over two years and now it appears to have escalated to a quiet period. So, think about this, for the better part of two years the company/officials were allowed to talk/release information publically. But now, for almost 5 months, they can't do anything. Joe said things are different now and he is not going to jail. So, it sounds more like the Fed's must have found something otherwise why the escalation? Why can the company not say anything? As far as the up-listing. Joe indicated that can not happen as long as there is a "HO" number assigned to the company or it's subsidiaries of which Joe indicated is the case otherwise why would he bring it up.
