this is something i've thought about quite a bit. surely we've had buyout offers? BP / biotech must know about this molecule - and it's great potential. How has no one stepped up with a reasonable offer? I mean, this is one of the most speculative environments i've ever seen in my career - even more so than 1999. We have trillions of dollars slushing around in the system - and no one has made a reasonable offer for this company? I just don't get it. Hell, someone could form a SPAC and raise billions just to buy part of CYDY.
And to be clear, i know there are some people who think "reasonable" is $100+ a share. That's fine, and it's their business, and they do what they want with their shares. For me (and the shares that i own) "reasonable" is quite a bit lower than that.
Management has said they will present any "reasonable" offer to shareholders for their consideration - but we've never seen one and had the opportunity to respond. I wonder why that is.
