Hey Jrt03. Thanks for the welcome. I took some time to think about your response. And while I agree that there isn't clear evidence for my position at this time I'll attempt to explain what is driving my thoughts.
If you review the Vimeo video Kizmet Impact has attached to their website they make allusions to ideas not in print. They say... And I'm going to paraphrase.... "We invite you to invest along side us in EARLY STAGE OPPORTUNITIES"
I believe that UNVC represents such an opportunity.
Secondly, Zach Stadnyk's bio says that he has expertise in "taking companies public in emerging markets". His area of expertise is Cannabis. UNVC has cannabis products amongst other products and services.
At the end of the day, I think the proof will be in the proverbial pudding. So this is all speculation. What I have done though.is request an investor package. So when/if that comes there might be more evidence as to their near term plans.
But I think my real take home is... at least for myself... Be ready to wait until the end of Q1 2022 at least for the uplist.
Ps. Trust me, I'll be super happy if I'm way wrong. And use this as a buying opportunity if you believe and have the ability to.
