I'd say Chairman of the Board and Commander and Chief with 12 board members as trustee's.

I foresee to run for President and VP of any party you would have to have Boards endorsement...
Senator will go back to being appointed by Governor's provided they are endorsed and certified by the Board
Then House members will be elected provided they are endorsed and certified.
Then again he might be in possession of Solomon's Ring ....
