Certainly looks like Management Team is falling apart, I'm astonished people are still defending leadership....total disgrace after 3 years of poor vision and lack of results based on misleading PR's. I'm sure von Hofe will receive attractive employment offers elsewhere. If and only if NGIO has an IPO opportunity the "looongs" will be excluded ....JMO. Only one person responsible for mismanaged results !! Jail sounds appropriate if SEC confirms fraudulent activities and files enforcement. How about a current Valuation, China status, Merck/AE37... update just to name a few. The SEC should not allow an IPO IF GNBT shares are dissolved after major dilution to accommodate ($$) future NGIO Class B shares...........
