Whatta idiot that guy is. He created the problem now he wants to solve it with releasing emergency stockpile reserve. That one is for emergency idiot like Hurricane or some sort of emergency occurs. This little release have a little impact. Actually the price of crude oil went up yesterday after his announcement. People have lost their common sense.
