"NUGX - are not the (NuGenerex Immuno-Oncology (NGIO)) shares that will be listed shortly by our company.
Those are the dividend shares that someone outside the company has listed to trade.
I politely reiterate, the activities surrounding the trading of NUGX is not from our company & I am not able to advise you on this trading."
Maybe I missed this at some point, but the above makes some sense. If a major investor received NGIO shares at the same rate as the rest of us, then he/she listed them as NUGX and sold them for as much as $5.80 as I recall. Initially there was a lot of confusion, shares were traded, and unsurprisingly, the last price was .02.
How someone or some institution can do this is well beyond my pay grade. These are not NGIO shares, just some portion of them, re-symboled as NUGX. Only with Generex! Maybe there is some sort of curse built into the stock symbol. Shareholders have suffered more than anyone can expect.
