Hey Steel no doubt I agree but many of us older guys like more protection around us. Not sure about Salty and DDD but probably so. I just hope Salty isn't messing around and trying to force DDD into a damn KIA - Soul? I love the hood of the Ram pickup but since my last truck was a little S-10 I went back to Chevy to look at the Colorado and told the guy who jumped me (and I hate that) that I'm just now starting my search and was looking for a certain color in blue like the F-150 Ford truck color. Maybe since he jumped me and I didn't want to be bother too much he figured he might be wasting his time and left me as I was looking at all the new trucks. Then I went to Dodge and seen my love, that Ram pickup beauty but it was around $50k and would only pay monthly payment just so high. Damn I love that hood on that truck but it sits high and might be too hard for my wife to get in and out of. Now my mom just turned 94 so no doubt I would need an elevator for her but anyways next to the Dodge place was Autonation Ford and their was that pretty blue XLT Ford truck w/extended cab but a crappy 2.7 ecoboost. I told the salesmen I am trading in a S-10 truck the kind that you gotta get out of the truck and help push it so you don't get run over by other vehicles. I said nothing will do under a small V-8 if possible. He said drive it then talk to me. Well I did and smiled as it is like a damn V-8 and really has surprising speed. My health won't hardly allow me to hardly wash the truck these days and to polish it no way in he11. My neighbor uses an electric applicator/polisher that does all the laboring and that is going to be next on my list. I mean I have many thing health wise that limit me but I plow through it most times such as my right wrist was fused in 1996 and these days I have even warn out what we call our second wrist. Long story but eventually he outer wrist must be fused which mean no way to turn a key in a door lock just for starters. What the heck it could be worse I could be like Hawk but thank GOD I'm not
