seriously, what does it take to file two 10K's? This is flat out ridiculous. If the management of both companies can't even do this, but have no issues posting on multiple social media accounts, the companies have bigger issues than we know of.
We are going on 3 weeks now and nothing. We are going on 4 months of silence and it is just not acceptable. PPS for GNBT is at .6 and several years ago was at 3.28. I know I said that before, but it's worth saying again. We had no deals in place, we had basically nothing. Yes, we had a dividend, that was the fault of the management to know the impact of what would happen. But still, we were then told, fight for 2.00, which we did and nothing happened. We had 1.67 or whatever and then a huge drop and now we see .06 and that includes multiple deals worth billions of dollars, 3 state deals, 2 deals with Excellagen and we have nothing to show for one of these deals. Literally nothing to show. Shareholders have been waiting, buying, some have left others have stayed on and lost fortunes and still holding on and Management is silent. Honestly, it's an insult to every shareholder who has left or sticking around.
People on here can criticize the company for their own purposes and some have. But facts are facts. Management has let as Joe famously said - hundred of thousands of shareholders down, or thousands down realistically, but still a big disappointment.
So to Management, are you going to actually going to perform and deliver or is this another letdown for eveyone. We all want and deserve to know. This is getting really old now....
