It's not a supernatural force, it's literally a quasi- organism, that follows rules.. that some populations have chosen to ignore.. those populations prove nothing. The populations who have successfully stopped their pandemics, several times, are the ones proving that it's possible. They're proving how inadequate other cultures are.
