Little more DD to keep you all thinking....
I think this has been debated also. I dont think doc filed a Form S1. I think he filed a Form 10.

I THINK, Doc filed this the week he said big week next week, which is the week of October 4th. Which puts us approved in middle of December or before. He can't say anything till its fully approved. Notice he filed the form 144 after the big week(he filed it October 22nd), cause he couldn't have filed it till he filed some kind of paperwork with SEC. AND he cant issue the 8K till all of that paperwork is fully approved.
