I’ve been thinking about what would make Joe look so happy on the beach (Facebook) and then so angry later (IH post). As I posted earlier, the news link about NGIO disappeared from the OTC NUGX stock page. Also, my TD Americtrade account now has this info about my NGIO shares:
“Your position may be undergoing an option assignment or exercise, or a corporate action, such as a dividend payment or a stock split. If so, the cost basis or gain information will be available in a day or two.”
For me this bodes well, believing that NGIO is taking corporate action to clean up the NUGX mess in preparation for the IPO. There have been many detailed posts on why NGIO is valuable including the Ii-Key vaccine. Hopefully NGIO’s time has come.
But, the info that the 10-K would be delayed, probably set Joe off, as it should.
Don’t know who has been dumping GNBT at a loss, but they will probably be sorry when the PPS does a turn-around. I added to my position when the pps went below $.10. I have in the past, ridden shares (with the companies) going into oblivion. GNBT does not exude that vibe. If Generex was going out of business, there would be NO silence. For what would be the point. Rumors would abound, the news would get out. When the time comes, I hope the Joe will explain why what is now being done (the silence) had to be done. I suppose the little kid in all of us can’t help saying “Are we there yet?” and feeling that this part of the journey will never end.
