Krilac stated in a previous post that he didn’t know when the IPO would happen, but I recall Oct then Nov as an estimate. Doesn’t look like Nov is in the cards. Krilac, if you are reading, do you think Dec is a possibility? Would you also refresh my memory about the exemption you mentioned before?
