Long time invester first time poster.
Over 200k shares in for long haul.
Been reading posts on this site for over year and half since covid got real.
I hear alot of people mad or passed at management over there silence and I guess most don't understand or follow what has happened over the past year and half especially trying to get uplisted to NASDAQ with a covid vaccine in development. I do believe Todd has said on numerous occasions he can not say anything about new on anything about company this is called SEC SILENT PERIOD it means no communication from anyone associated with the company for any reason or all the work that has been done to get list over the past 4 months starts all over or gets thrown out. So why are the management not talking because the can't. Period end of story!
Even Financials are and can be held up because of this especially with a company with a covid vaccine in development they even said the review could go 180 days. Because alot of companies are making vaccines and trying to list an ipo. We are unique we are trying to uplift on NASDAQ and what is hard is it affects the whole company. All of the potential is there being worked o. Just a big gag order by the SEC I know why Joe would be passed because they can drag there feet and you can just say there and take it or start all over again
