I have been a supporter of DBMM since the external issues emerged. DBMM still earned awards even with SEC delayed filings because of mitigating circumstances which are public information. This is long based on public information included in audited filings.
The years of NONSENSE that CDs would be converting and double the OS. Absolute nonsense. The CD liability represent the same number of shares since 2016. Toxic lenders are all gone, remaining are long term investors who are holding DBMM until exit strategy or as simply long term investors. No one is converting.
These LT investors have had convertible debt since early days and never converted. These people who not going to convert so nonsense statements that OS will double is garbage and nonsense as Float has NOT changed even 1 share since last 4 years and 9 months.
Loans for working capital are just that. Again, long term investors with no convertible included in loan.
Last convertible note issued in 2015 to supportive shareholder. No conversation, no intent to do so .
DBMM will grow, current investors are long-term. growth capital post SEC Matter close is included in audits since commitment in 2017.
Read the audited filings everyone. Business model changing because of external issues. DBMM maintained with strong external investors who have always seen the opportunities despite the unforeseen challenges and continue to do so.
