I hope someone in Management is reading these. The shareholders day after day, waiting for a 10K that was supposed to be due days ago, simply does not look good for either company.
Management can make all the excuses in the world, but a falling PPS and a delayed 10K is simply a negative sign and the fact that there are shareholders who are complaining every day, that makes it even worse.
Several years ago, we were at 3.28 PPS, then we fought for 2.00, then that was gone due to so called bad actors. Then we were told the move to NASDAQ for NuGenerex would be simply clean and here we are at less than .7 PPS or GNBT and not NASDAQ anytime soon for NGIO.
We have deals that have been bragged about in the US, from China, from literally all over with products, with video, with possible vaccine work and we are still waiting for any to materialize. We are still waiting on a Management team to provide word on anything successful, even a hint of success.
Many have sold their shares completely and taken a staggering loss, others simply have hung in there and have taken a staggering loss hoping / praying for some kind of turnaround and to be honest, some are fuming at hearing or seeing a CEO posting pics of being on the beach while seeing the PPS plummit and their money dwindling / right or wrong.
We are all at a crossroads. Waiting on word to what is going on. With no word from Management, we can all speculate, but the only thing we see is the PPS continue to drop and seeing our value in a company continue to fall rapidly. Honestly, it is not a pretty sight and the 10K is no where in sight either.
It's a depressing scene, not matter how it is spun.
