Interesting company. Thanks for sharing. They made $2.3M US last quarter and it looks like they are starting to grow. Flat the two previous years which I'm not impressed with.
Is Netccentric and Nuffnang the same company? Nuffnang ecom solution leverages Facebook. Verb investors have a butt hurt about Facebook. Facebook doesn't want anyone to leave the platform and can change things on a dime so some risk there but that is just part of their business so not as much.
The big deal Verb signed with NewAge last quarter, they also are rolling out Kwikclick which is an interesting concept/product. Shows MLM see value on the influencer side.

Verb has the tool with Attribution for influencers. How they tap into that and accelerate it we don't know yet. Partnering, merging, buying a company like Netccentric would be one way since they don't have their own Live Streaming platform. Doing it on your own organically, I don't know. Verb would has they've had 12 months now to test and gain experience. We are about to find out this year.
For those that want to look at Netccentric latest presentation here's a link. They are debt free and EBITDA positive. In my opinion, they would benefit from a cash infusion like everyone else to accelerate faster as the Asian market is very competitive.
