Whatever is going on doesn't seem to be good. The Fed's know how important it is for a company to be able to conduct their business & file reports. You would think the Fed is being very careful as to not being too restrictive otherwise it may open them up for some lawsuits, especially if the investigation yields nothing. So, I seriously doubt any investigation would restrict the company from releasing their reports unless they found serious problems with the company. I'm sure the Fed is letting the company know what they can & can not do. That kind of goes with a statement Joe made to me lately "things are out of his hands". I must admit, why the company requested an extension and then does not follow through with the report has me puzzled. I may be foolish for holding out hope because what's going on now makes no sense. And, No one wants to be the last one out ! I expect the selling to continue until some sort of news is released. GLTA!
