People are literally selling their stock at rock bottom prices because they simply have no faith in the company and say what you want, but this is all Joe's fault with the lack of 10K's that he is not putting out on the company and what is going on. The SEC blame or other blame is speculation and until Joe or other management finally come out and put out something, we simply won't know.
But the lack of any 10K is unacceptable and it falls on the shoulders, good or bad on the CEO of both companies which is Joe. He owns it and he PPS shows. We had way over 5 million shares so far sold and bought. That can be both good or bad, depending on how you look at it, but the selling shows that the lack of faith in management and the PPS is there. The buying is who is doing the buying?
We need the 10Ks and they need to have some meat to them. Anything else is unacceptable. Joe owns all of it from the products to the vaccine work. He made commitments all the while posting pics. Let's see if he backs any of it up.
