The NT 10-K late reasoning includes:
State below in reasonable detail why the Form 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-SAR, N-CSR or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.)
Generex Biotechnology Corporation (the “Company”) has been unable to complete its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2021, within the prescribed time period because of delays in completing the preparation of its financial statements and its management discussion and analysis. Such delays are primarily due to the Company’s management’s dedication of such management's time to business matters. The Company intends to file its Form 10-K within the 15-day extension period afforded by SEC Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company is in the process of preparing its financial information as well as completing the required audit.
