Get out the vote!
Don't forget to triple check that your votes have been counted, and for good measure register and show up at the Annual Shareholders Meeting.
Even if you are just hanging in for a buy-out, it is in your best interest to secure these 200m additional shares. This will put us in a stronger bargaining position with any possible suitor.
The shares will not be issued all at once. They will be used as needed so dilution will be gradual and possibly not even noticeable depending on upcoming catalysts.
So from a selfish point of view, in a buyout negotiation, these shares will put more money in your pocket, IMO.
I'm in it for the longer purpose of funding trials and getting to triple digits on Accrued Approvals. I'd probably vote NO for an $88 per share buyout, but would certainly think twice about a $108 buyout, for example.
So furthermore, if you want my vote in the future for a buyout, please vote now to approve the additional 200m shares.
