Hey rjs. Your take is what I understand. The shares were not awarded as of when I last checked with Joe. No SEC forms have been filed.
There is plenty to discuss but suggesting the management team has enriched themseves does not have legs.
The couple of posters bringing this up need to back it up via documentation from company filings. Otherwise, I consider it off topic and will delete their posts.
