Finally some long overdue expected confirmation, now let's get names responsible for this fiasco. Wonder if any funds generated by diluting GNBT ended up in the wrong pockets too. Calling this Management "World Class" has been a misleading 'quote' imo. Like to hear from von Hofe if he is still around. I hope the SEC will get to the bottom of any potential fraud and if proven disclose all involved.
