Yes EGOC just keeps checking off those boxes. The short term flipper types would have liked to have gotten more out of that quarterly as would longs of course but it's a process. Glad to be in for the long haul as they continue forward!
I was up late last night and GJ was really going at. I left him a long post (what else is new lol) and I asked all of his questions and provided him with all of the answers..
